… But before you do that, here are a few policies we’ve learned:

when booking…

• All appointments require a $20 non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be applied to your set should you meet all policy requirements.

• All appointments should be booked 24 hours in advance. This site will block any bookings within said time frame, so if you need a same day appointment please write me via Instagram @jusglonails_ (Same day appointments will be subject to a $20 last minute scheduling fee.)

When cancelling/Rescheduling…

• You must cancel or reschedule within 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Your non refundable deposit will then be placed toward one reschedule.

• Only one cancellation or reschedule per deposit. A second cancellation/reschedule will result in you needing to place a new deposit.

about those late fees/exceptions from them…

• If you do not reach out and are 15+ minutes late to your appointment, your appointment will automatically be cancelled.

• Anyone who arrives 15-30 minutes late will be charged a $15 late fee.

• Anyone who arrives 30+ minutes late will be charged a $25 late fee.

The correction policy…

• Should you experience any issues with your set within the first 2 days, feel free to reach out so we can arrange correction free of charge immediately. If you happen to break a nail because you fought, you will still be charged a nail replacement fee.
